Intro to Aerial | adult beginner

There are no prerequisites, this is an introductory class for all skill levels and bodies - no previous aerial experience required!

Students will learn foundational skills on a variety of aerial apparatuses including fabric (hammock/sling & split silks/aerial silks) and bar apparatuses (static/dance trapeze & lyra/hoop).

We encourage students to take this class as many times as necessary until they feel confident with the foundational skills.
